POLICIES
Ordering information
To ensure you have the treats you want when you need them, we recommend pre-ordering delivery orders at least 72 hours in advance, orders to be shipped at least two weeks in advance, and catering orders at least one month in advance. Please place your orders accordingly.
All cupcakes arrive with the frosting packaged separately. We ship this way to ensure freshness and to protect the cupcakes from damage during transport. It also allows the customer/recipient to apply as much or as little frosting as they want. If it is an issue for you to frost the cupcakes yourself, we will have to decline your order.
If you must cancel, please give us 48 hours notice. If your order has shipped, we do not give refunds.
Payment information
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Online orders are processed through PayPal, phone orders are processed through Square. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Delivery information
A delivery fee of $2.00 one way, will be added to each order based on the mileage from St. Augustine, FL 32080. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times. AT THIS TIME, WE HAVE SUSPENDED DELIVERY SERVICE.
Shipping information
Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-day, and overnight when not cost prohibitive). We package with great care to ensure a safe delivery and to prevent damage, therefore cupcakes and frosting are packaged separately and arrive in one box. Orders must be placed two weeks in advance, so please place your orders accordingly.
The shipping fee is calculated by USPS based on weight, size, and destination. There is an additional $5.00 handling & processing fee on all shipment orders. Once your order is in the hands of the post office, we will not be held liable for any damage, but please let us know since we like to strive for a better experience for our customers. Due to the nature of our product we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or parcels lockers, and we ship Tuesday-Thursday, only.
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the day your order is scheduled to ship.
