Pipe a Rose cupcake for Spring

This beautiful video, by Linda Lomelino, demonstrates how to pipe a buttercream rose onto a cupcake. To ensure your buttercream is stiff enough, refrigerate for about 30 minutes prior to piping. If you're using a cream cheese frosting, refrigerate overnight. Happy piping!
